FLAVOURS AND FILLINGS
I believe that cakes should always taste as good as they look. The flavour of my cakes matters a great deal to me. Although I work principally with classic flavour combinations I love nothing more than trying new combinations to perfect a recipe just for you. Great flavours come from using the best ingredients and wherever possible I only use either organic or fair-trade ingredients my cakes.
Filled Cakes for weddings and celebrations have three layers of moist sponge and two layers of filling per tier as standard. Fillings include English buttercream, or a combination with preserves, curds or ganache.

As part of my service, I offer personal delivery and set up at your celebration venue. This is chargeable and will be calculated and based upon distance from my kitchen. I deliver to venues across London, Essex and Hertfordshire. Other delivery locations are available on request.
Every cake I create is unique. The price of each cake will depends upon the size, flavour and complexity of design selected. As a guide, a plain iced cake dressed with a simple ribbon starts at £225 for two tiers, £325 for three tiers and £425 for four tiers. Celebration cakes start from £100.
